Measurement for Frequency Response of DFB-LD under Different Temperatures

By means of pulse injection,the relation between lasing wavelength and chip temperature of distributed feedback laser(DFB-LD) has been obtained.Based on this method,the frequency responses,eye diagram and bit error ratio(BER) of DFB-LD under different chip temperatures are obtained,and the effects of chip temperature and bias current on the frequency response,eye diagram and BER are discussed.
