The Complete Picture of Defect Mode of Doping One-dimensional Photonic Crystal

LIU Qi-neng(College of Science,Chongqing Technology and Business University,Chongqing 400067,China)  
Three figure and their vertical view of defect mode of doping one-dimensional photonic crystal are painted.The changes of defect mode with optical thickness,refractive index of doping and refractive index of photonic crystal are studied.The complete picture of defect mode of doped one-dimensional photonic crystal is shown.Important results are concluded:the defect mode varies with optical thickness of doping periodically.At the same period,the wavelength of defect mode varies with optical thickness of doping linearly.The FWHM of defect mode decreases when the refractive index of doping increases,but the height of defect mode is independent of the refractive index of doping.The refractive index of photonic crystal all has obvious influence on the height and the width of defect mode.
