Study on Fiber Bragg Grating Vibrating Sensors with Symmetry Push-pull Configuration

To realize high-precision detection of low-frequency vibrating signals,a novel kind of FBG-based accelerometer is designed with two Bragg gratings symmetry push-pull configuration.The simulated results show that the new sensor possesses high sensitivity and good low-frequency detecting characteristic.After optimizations,the sensitivity of the sensor can reach up to 546 pm/g,and it obtains favourable dynamic response character at 0~100 Hz.
