Design of CMOS operating amplifier for eliminating DC offset based on chopper technology

To realize the high resolution of sensor system, the inner operating amplifier (op-amp)with low noise and voltage offset is required. A chopper technology which can be employed toreduce the effects of op-amp imperfections is introduced in this paper. A CMOS op-amp circuitbased on the chopper technology is designed for eliminating the input DC offset in the temperaturesensor. At last, we use the result of SPICE simulation to design the values of the op-amp circuitparameters.
