A New Method of Preparing Cd-Sb-W and Cd-Sn-W Series Sensitive Ceramic

The preparation method of CdO-SnO_2-WO_3 series(Cd-Sn-W for short),CdO-Sb_2O_3-WO_3 series(Cd-Sb-W for short)and double-base three-phase(Cd_2Sb_2O_7,CdSnO_3,CdWO_4)structure linear ceramics made of these two combined materials were studied. The electron transfer formulas of these semiconducting ceramics were given. The electric conduction mechanism and the linearization mechanism of resistance-temperature curve of Cd_2Sb_2O_7 and CdSnO_3 were analysed. Relevant properties were also deeply analysed and studied.
