The Producing Equipment of Micrometer and Nanometer Sheet Metal Powder

To resolve the low efficiency and high energy consume problems of traditional ball mill in the preparation of micrometer and nanometer sheet metal powder,new type ball mill was designed by combining the crushing theory and structure of traditional ball mill and mix mill.The ball mill was mainly assembled with inner mixture shaft and out cask rolling in reverse.Compared with traditional ball mill and mix mill,the crushing capability was tested on metal and alloy powder.The results indicate that the new equipment is with outstanding capability on preparing metal and alloy sheet,the metal sheet products are 1~3 μm in diameter and about 0.2 μm in thickness.Compared with quondan crushing equipments it shows predominances on complex function force fields,high crushing efficiency,fine product granularity and so on.
