Auto,Focus of Laser Confocal Biochip Scanning

The image high,frequency calculating is one of the auto,focus methods.Focusing eval,uation function was analyzed and by the peculiarity of imaging of the laser confocal biochip scanning,a focusing evaluation function,the sum of the absolute value of gray difference was proposed.More examinations were made employing the mountain,climb searching algorithm,and the repeat precision of auto,focus of the focusing evaluation function were validated.
