Development of Image Measurement System Based on Panel CCD for Cutting Tools

A computer image measurement system based on panel CCD was introduced which could preset large-scale cutting tools. The software of this system was designed basing on OOP(object oriented programming). Image processing including edge detection,image segment,contour curve,edge tracing,graphics process was introduced. This measurement system is effective which has such advantages as high precision,automation,high efficiency and non-contact. The design of the parts of the system was also mentioned.
