Microsensor and Microsystem Applied to Water Quality Detection

The basic principles,characteristics and progress of three kinds of microsensors based on electrochemistry,acoustics,optics,in the field of water quality detection are introduced.Meanwhile,two different kinds of microsystems,the microanalytical system and SOC(system-on-a-chip),are also introduced.The properties of different types of microsensors are compared.Problems and approaches in the research of microsensors and microsystems are discussed.and the development prospect is proposed.
