Annealing Study of Amorphous Films of CoMnNi Oxide

The annealing behavior of the Amorphous Films of CoMnNi oxide is presented.Ex-perimental results show that the amorphous films of CoMnNi oxide have undergone a struc-tural relaxation after annealing at temperatures lower than 550℃, and the resistivity increases.The films crystallize when they are annealed at temperatures ranging fron 550℃ to 750℃.The crystallinity of the films is increased with increasing of annealing temperature.The stru-cture of the films transforms from cubic spinel into tetragonal spinel,and the resistivity in-creases rapidly.
