Analysis of Advisor System in Ancient China

ZHAO Ying cheng (Department of Secretarial Science, Jianghan University, Wuhan, 430019, China)
The advisor system is a component of China's absolute monarchy and an important political and historical phenomenon in ancient China. Ever since the establishment of “Protectorship” \%in Zhou \%Dynasty, advisors have been appointed in various dynasties. The main tasks of the advisors are to submit proposals and write letters to the Emperors. The privilege of the advisors is that they are not to be blamed for telling the truth, and their professional ethics is to die for speaking out rather than keep silent in order to survive.
