Esox lucius linnaeus lives mostly in Arctic Ocean and North America and is mainly living in Alertai in the north of Xinjiang, China. The authors first measured its normal values of physiology, biochemistry and hemorheology in 1995 and showed that the blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of Esox lucius linneaus were higher than those of other fish species. The main factors that affected blood viscosity of Esox lucius linnaeus were HCT,Hb,A1,A2,np and the main factors that affected plasma viscosity was CHO.These ratio of AP to GP was 0. 57. The results may be helpful for fruther studies in the field of fish science.
