Effects of pre-harvest Ca treatments to the fruit quality and storage results of sweet cherry

The results of the experiment of spraying 3 concentration of Ca(NO3)2 and KH2PO3 15 d before harvesting on the basis of pre-experiment showed that:The quality of treated fruit was better than CK.Ca2++K+ could inhibit the activity of POD,PPO of fruit,decreased MDA content.The effect got stronger along with the increasing of concentration.Fruit rotting rate treated with Ca2++K+was decreased 1.34%~13.54% than the control,and the browning rate was decreased 10%~25.3%.
