Electromagnetic Stirrer Applied to Aluminum Smelting Furnace

In this paper, the principle of electromagnetic stirrer, the make-up and features of the system, as well as its economic efficiency and prospects are analyzed and discussed. By adopting second generation frequency-converting system through three phase bridge circuit controlled by PC, excellent features such as multi-functions, perfect protection, advanced technology, remarkably high efficiency and less harmonic compo nent are achieved. It is an advanced scientific and technological product with low energy consumption.
