A Fuzzy Optimization Technique for Defining Mass of Vibrating Body of Vibra Feeder or Vibrosieve

The vibrating machine is used for transporting and screening materials in engineering; the mass of the vibrating body plays an important part in keeping the steady working of the vibrating system. The mass has some relations with other vibrating parameters in the vibrating system which makes its definition very difficult and complex. In this thesis, the mathematical model of a single mass and single dimension is set up for defining the mass, and the fuzzy optimization technique is used to find the optimized solution by means of making Matlab Optimization Program. From the results of the calculation, it is clear that the fuzzy optimization technique is softer and offers designers a wider range to choose from than the traditional design technique.
