Psychological Factors of University Students' Learning Burnout and Relevant Intervention

Yao Caiqin (Psychological Consulting Center for Students,North China Univ.of Tech.,100144,Beijing,China)  
On the basis of a study on the relevant literatures,he paper focuses on the psychological factors leading to learning burnout of university students,and explores means of intervention.The psychological factors leading to learning burnout are personality,egoism,concept of blame accepting or denying,ability to cope with stresses,self-control ability,motive of studying,etc..The intervention of learning burnout should be carried out through molding perfect personality,raising the feeling of self-efficacy,cultvating ability of dealing with setbacks,adjusting motive of learning and making career planning.
