ON the Legal Status of IENGO in International Law

International Environmental NGO(IENGO) has been an important actor in international society,and it is promoting enormously the protection of global environment and the development of international environmental law.So,it is necessary to study the legal status of IENGO within International Law.The difference between legal personality and legal subject in international law is the premise for IENGO to gain legal status in International Law.From the perspective of practice and theory,IENGO has achieved certain legal status and can be the legal subject in limited areas in International Law.
