Research on Removal COD Coking Wastewater With Modified Zeolite

In this paper,the adsorption effect of zeolite modified with NaCl、NaOH、HDTMA to COD in coke plant wastewater was studied.By comparison,the zeolite modified with HDTMA had better absorbability for COD,and the color index of the wastewater was decreased obviously.Further study was made on influence factors in wastewater disposal process.The factors included adsorption time,drying temperature,the concentration of HDTMA,pH value,and so on.The results showed that by this treatment COD in coke plant wastewater could be reduced belone 150mg/L,which is up to the national secondary standards for effeluent discharge.
