Study on the Degradation of Dye Wastewater by Photo-Electric-Catalyzed Oxidization

LIU Feng-li ( Dalian Municipal Design and Research Institute of Environmental Science, Dalian 116023 , China)  
By the action of photocatalyzer, it produced free radicals, such as·OH,·O2-with photocatalysis and ·OH, OH- with electrical catalysis, which oxidizability is the strongest in the water system. This experiment applied photo-electric -catalyzed to treat substantive mazarine (L) wastewater. It researched the relative factors which affected the decolorized degradation of dye wastewater. It showed that with the role of the electric field it improved the effect of photo-catalyzed oxidization, so it immensely enhanced the degradation rate of dye wastewater.
