Discussion on Methods of Atmospheric Pollutants of Total Load Control in EIA of Industrial Zone

Atmospheric pollutant of total load control is the most important measure to assure the future atmospheric environmental quality standard of industrial zone.The emphasis of EIA of the industrial zone are placed on the pollutant capacity calculation,diffusion,distribution and safeguard measures.Firstly atmospheric pollutant capacity calculation of industrial zone is required.According to the calculation result,pollutant capacity is also restructured to meet the acquired one.Appropriate allocation model is introduced to capacity distribution;On the basis of the calculation,distribution and restructure,the ground concentration is calculated;Inner pollution of industrial zone could be prevented by industrial distribution and planning of air pollutants.Air pollution prevention measures,including the improvement of environmental management are strongly strengthened in all aspects aiming at the reach of total load control and finally the goal of the future industrial atmospheric environmental quality will be achieved.
