Urban Water Resources Integrated Risk Assessment Indexes System and Model Construction

Water resources is the essential condition of the formation and development in a city,under the influence of the nature and human's activities,the phenomenon of urban drought,water logging,water shortage and water pollution have occurred frequently,water resources problem has seriously obstructed the development of urban.The domestic and international scholars have done plentiful study of theories and demonstrations on urban water resources risk evaluation,but the method model haven't yet unify.On the basis of expositing previous research results on natural disasters and risk assessment of urban water resources and water environment,based on the perspective of urban disaster risk assessment,raised an integrated risk assessment index system,which suitable for China's urban water resources.And make some discussion on urban water resources integrated risk management mode,to provide the scientific decision-making basis for the urban water resources safe planning and management.
