Degradation Chlorine after Break-point Coloration to Degradation NH_3-N

Coke-oven effluent is the absorbtion water of coke,depurate coal gas,reclaim of coke-oven manufacture and the condensate water of heat reaction.In the waste water,there are high concentration of hydroxybenzene,cyanogen,NH3-N and manifold of organic compound.We use the method of A/O to process coke-oven effluent.The efficiency of degrade nitrogen is effected by temperature,pH,etc.Its change has a wide scope.We use break-point coloration to degrade NH3-N.The concentration of NH3-N maybe decreases to 10 mg/L.In the condition of Lab,in the base of the added quantity of chlorine,pH,agitation and the time of tarry.We discussion the process efficiency of nitrogen removal,the best concentration of the waste water and look for the process efficiency in the best condition of activated carbon and coke.At last we present the method of degrade nitrogen for north areas coke-oven effluent.
