Price Component of Municipal Wastewater Treatment BOT Project and Price Adjustment in Operation Period

BOT mode has been adopted widely in municipal wastewater treatment field,and price of wastewater treatment is the focus in bidding and contract stage.However,whether chose the superior BOT operator with true competitive power and high administration level is the crux of if the project can succeed.The price of wastewater treatment was resolved into parts grade by grade,and the affective factors were analyzed in detail.Designed on the base of price resolution,the reasonable formula of price adjustment will be benefit to BOT projects on free competition and follow-up administration.
