Application of Remote Sensing Technology to Global Environment Change

Global environment change is the top research of earth science.Remote sensing technology,which has quick,multiband,cyclic and large-area observation capabilities,is the irreplaceable method in global environment change research.This paper briefly introduces the main content on global environment change research and explains the status and role of remote sensing to global environment change.Applications of remote sensing to global environment change include land cover,forest and pasture,oceanographic survey,disaster control and so on.These researches lay the foundation for in-depth applications of remote sensing to global environment change research.
