Research on Reforming Trend of Investment and Management for International Construction Projects and the Developing Tactics of China Construction Industry

In pace with the rapid development of the world economic integration and the globalization, the construction market also appears the globalized trend, such as the expanding investment scale of the international construction projects, the obvious increment of the private investment, the main structures and requirements of the proprietors being deep transform, a great change of the ways and means in organization and management of the engineering projects. For the sake of participating the international market, China construction industry should fit in with these changes mentioned above and make rectifications in operation, management and enterprise tactics, and put the finance, specialized technology, talent supporting strategies into effect.
