An Adaptive Arithmetic for Reducing Spectrum Leakage

The paper gives an arithmetic that improves test precision of periodic signal as well as reduces calculational times.The arithmetic will adjust the discrete series that be gained by sampling,and makes it approach the ideal discrete series.The result of arithmetic processing shows that spectrum leakage is reduced evidently.
