Performance Analysis of Curve Passing Through on Railway Vehicle with Independent Wheels

Detailed analysis is made on the curve passing through performance of railway vehicle with independent wheels, and comparison is particularly made on the difference of the wearing between wheel and rail of independent wheels as well as the traditional wheelsets. It is shown that railway vehicle with independent wheels have good curve passing through performance, and could pass through the curve with the radius of 50 meters; moreover the level of their wearing between wheel and rail is relatively low compared with the traditional wheelsets, so independent wheels are fit for application in low_floor light railway vehicle. 
