Intelligent Power Safety Culture Assessment Model and Simulation Analysis

Power Safety Culture Assessment System is a complicated non-linear system which is hard to be evaluated.An integrated Power Safety Culture Assessment Model based on rough set theory and neural network is presented in this paper.Firstly,a series of safety culture assessment indexes adapted for assessment system are established.Secondly,the rough set theory is applied to reduce the input variables and extract the learning samples,and then neural network model is trained using the probable rule before to perform the final assessment.The model reduces the dimension of input to neural network,and raises the training efficiency.Experimental results show that the Power Safety Culture Assessment Model based on rough set theory and Neural Network have nicer generalization ability,and it can make a correct and effective assessment of power safety culture situation.
