Development of A New Seismic Structure with Multi-Ribbed Composite Wall Based on Seismic Concept Design

Based on the seismic damage investigation of Wenchuan earthquake,the typical seismic damage of building structures is analyzed in the view of seismic concept design.The results indicate that it is significant to set multiple fortifications,arrange reasonable stiffness and strengthen the utility and accessory components of the buildings.And according to the former research,a new seismic structure of multi-ribbed composite wall is put forward and discussed,which has the benefits in seismic performance with multiple fortifications and adjustable stiffness.
