Relationship Between Readout and Write Signal in Electron Trapping Materials

Electron trapping storage technology offers extensive attraction because of its high density storage.The relationship between readout and write sipnal is one of the main basic problem in this storage technology.The dynamic equations are set up for describing process through the analysis of electron transfer on readout procedure.Solving the equations the linear relationship between readout and write signal is obtained theoretically.
