Discussed the design system of yarn tension dynamics test on the basis of virtual instrument. Analyzed the design of the measurement system, data acquisition and handling, and virtual instrument based on Lab Windows/CVI 5 0. Measured the actually yarn dynamic tension to demonstrate its good performance.
