Work Stress Study on Knowledge Employees in Apparel Industry

The apparel industries are developing from traditional manufacture industry to culture creative industry in china now,and the knowledge employees in apparel industry are facing new challenges and work stress at the circumstance,high requirements for organizational management are needed.The article indicated that the work stress of knowledge employees in apparel industry has reached an middle-up level,and discovered the different characteristics of work stress on the basis of demographic variables through empirical research.In order to adhere to the philosophy of people-oriented,the organization should strengthen work stress management,which has high value not only for improving the human resource management but also for enhancing the potentiality of knowledge employees and expanding organization performance practically at the same time.
