DNA Template Preparation and Technology System Construction for AFLP Analysis in Paeonia suffruticosa

The improved method of CTAB-DNA isolation was used to extract total DNA from leaves of Paeonia suffruticosa in this study.AFLP analysis in Paeonia suffruticosa was established.Clear and high resoluteion DNA fingerprints were obtained in this study,which made a success in DNA extraction,restriction-ligase reaction,pre-amplification and staining techniques.The aim of this paper was to lay a foundation for the establishment of DNA fingerprinting,selection and breeding of eminent cultivars and genetic relationship in Paeonia suffruticosa.
