Research on Honey Peach Beverage

WANG Ying(Linyi Normal University,Linyi,Shandong 276005,China)  
Honey peach is rich in nutrition and have an evident effective on health.After extracted and clarified,the juice was mixed with soy oligosaccharide,citrate and so on by scientific method.The product was transparent.It tastes sweet and sour and was recognized as a kind of new beverage having potential in markets.Using honey peach as raw material,the optimal conditons was peach pulp 35%,soy oligosaccharide 8%,lemon acid 0.08% and XG 0.1%.
