Effects of Salt Stress on the Photosynthesis and the Antiox Idant Enzyme Activity of Tomato

Tomato was treated with different concentrations of NaCl (0、100、200、300 mmol/L), Growth , chlorophyll contents, photosynthesis,SOD,POD、CAT,APX, O·-2contents were determined。The result showed the FW,DW,Pn,Gs decreased with salt content increase; Ci,chl,SOD,POD,CAT,APX, O·-2contents reverse to FW. Salt content was one of stresses to growth of tomato.It was not the main factor of photosynthesis decline of stoma, it make tomato grow of antioxidant enzyme activity increase.
