Effect of Salicylic Acid+CaCl_2 on Petal's Physiology and Florescence of Chrysanthemum

FAN Hong-Jun,DING Yi-feng,CHENG Zhi-zhuo,LI Na,FU Da-jun,LV Yanna,LIU Ping(College of Life Science,Henan Normal University,Xinxiang,Henan 453007,China)
The chrysanthemum "jianliuxiangju" was sprayed by the different density solution(160 mg/L CaCl_2,10 mg/L SA+160 mg/L CaCl_2,15 mg/L SA+CaCl_2 160 mg/L and 20 mg/L SA+160 mg/L CaCl_2).The soluble protein content, anthocyanin content, soluble sugar content, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, the superoxide anion(O_2·) production, malondialdehyde(MDA) content and the relative conductivity were determined on the petals in the entire florescence. The results indicated that different density SA+CaCl_2 could improve the content of the soluble protein, the soluble sugar and SOD activity. At the same time, the superoxide anion(O_2-·) production, the MDA content and the relative conductivity were reduced.Florescence was prolonged with differently extent,in all density, the effect of SA 15 mg/L+160 mg/L CaCl_2 was the best.
