Effect of Salicylic Acid+CaCl_2 on Petal's Physiology and Florescence of Chrysanthemum

The chrysanthemum "jianliuxiangju" was sprayed by the different density solution(160 mg/L CaCl_2,10 mg/L SA+160 mg/L CaCl_2,15 mg/L SA+CaCl_2 160 mg/L and 20 mg/L SA+160 mg/L CaCl_2).The soluble protein content,anthocyanin content,soluble sugar content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,the superoxide anion(O_2·) production,malondialdehyde(MDA) content and the relative conductivity were determined on the petals in the entire florescence.The results indicated that different density SA+CaCl_2 could improve the content of the soluble protein,the soluble sugar and SOD activity.At the same time,the superoxide anion(O_2-·) production,the MDA content and the relative conductivity were reduced.Florescence was prolonged with differently extent,in all density,the effect of SA 15 mg/L+160 mg/L CaCl_2 was the best.
