Research Progress of IPCR on Cioneing Flanking Sequence

IPCR is the first flanking cloning technique,which relied on PCR Using one reaction,IPCR process could clone two flanking ends of the known sequence.Combined with the technique of LD-PCR,RACE and SMART,it is widely used.However,in IPCR process,there are some problems such as the insensitivity of the reaction system and some unknown reasons which influenced the reaction process.This report summarized the achievement and the development of the IPCR during the past two decades,and proposed the improvement reaction system in order to give some inspirations for the future.
