Effects of Several Modifiers on Quaility of Tomato in Interactive of Nitrogen Nutrition and Cadmium Contamination Soil

A pot experiment was conducted to study interactive effects of nitrogen application and cadmium contamination on quality of tomato under several modifiers.The results showed that the three modifiers(dicyandiamide,organic fertilizer and liming) could all set up the content of dry matter,glucose and sucrose.But they reduced the level of soluble sugar.Liming treatment reduced measurably the protein and citric acid content,the other two with the other.Applying dicyandiamide could significantly decrease in vitamin C,on the contrary,applying liming and organic fertilizer couid significantly increase in vitamin C.Dicyandiamide and liming treatment could significantly decrease the content of nitrate and cadmium in the tomato,applying organic fertilizer was the contrary.
