The Long-distance Equipment Monitoring System Based on Two-level Networks

The paper studied long-distance monitoring system based on two-level networks for experimental equipment in laboratory. The industry Ethernet is used for the upper floor, monitoring the industry local equipment status through industrial configuration software WinCC. The under layer is adopted the Profibus-DP network., PLC master or slave made use of the Profibus-DP communication to control local equipment and obtain status information of the local equipment real time. First, the paper analyzed constitutes of the experiment equipment and work principle, then introduced the communication process of WinCC and PLC, and the process of software configuration to complete the up machine monitor. Based on analyzed communication principle of the system, gave a program for down machine to achieving control local equipment and data acquirement.
