Applied Research on the Grey Cluster Data Mining Algorithm Used in Quality Synthetic Evaluation for Shandong Yellow River Communication Archives Information Resource

Along with the enhancement of Shandong Yellow River communication services' request, the archives breadth which develops in depth for the promotion unit also changes along with it, needs the archives department according to this unit archives work characteristic, adopts scientific, the standardized management measure and the way, the excavation archives information resource, adapts modern Yellow River to correspond the request which the enterprise develops, serves well for the Yellow River enterprise, this article in view of this unit archives information resource use situation, has carried on a quality synthetic evaluation gray cluster algorithm using the data mining to the archives information resource using the situation, from the result looked that will correspond the enterprise to the future unit archives information resource effective use with Yellow River to provide the scientific decisionmaking basis.
