Influence of Alloy Elements on Microstructure and Properties of 2Cr13 Martensitic Stainless Steel

Nickel,molybdenum and vanadium are the key elements which affect the properties of 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel.The influence of various levels of Ni,Mo and micro-V on the 2Cr13's mechanical and corrosion resistant properties was studied.The results show that adding Ni or Mo separately would not improve the 2Cr13's comprehensive mechanical property,but adding an appropriate amount of these alloy elements at the same time would improve the steel's mechanical and CO2 corrosion resistant properties.
