Research on Improving the High Manganese Steel Lining Board(ZGMn13) Abrasion Resistant

The paper analyzes the real situation of using low service life of lining board in Ore-dressing Plant of Baotou Steel(Group) Corp..It is an effective way to enhance the abrasion resistant through improving the high manganese steel chemistry composition,joining the appropriate metal alloy technology,making the lining hardness increase 30 percentage,crystal gain size raises 3 grades.It improves the lining abrasion resistant effectively.
