Control and Data-processing Systems for Minicar Synchronizator Test Stand

With respect to minicar transmission synchronizator test, the layout of the test stand, the auto-control system for oil temperatures, the micro - computer - controled system for auto-shifting and speed adjusting, high speed data-acquisition real-time data processing systems are discussed in this paper. The performance for some type transmission synchronizator is tested by the system. The curves for dynamic synchronizing process are plotted. The satisfied results are obtained.
