A Six-Dimension Photoelectric Displacement Sensor Used to Test the Vibrancy of Firearms

Vibrancy testing of firearms includes six-dimension kinetic parameters of line displacement of body and angle displacement. The testing method is that the tested body is illuminated with light-source of photoelectric sensor, according to the mathematical model of tested body movement in three projective screen, the light-source is reckoned, so vibrancy testing of firearms is realized. Photoelectric displacement sensor consists of laser generator, projective screen, photoelectric detector, processing circuit, data acquisition and data processing etc. The point of intersection of three light-source on tested body is used as basic point, the mathematical model of line displacement is established. The angle displacement of tested body is confirmed with the method of direction cosine, the mathematical model of angle displacement is established.
