Application of Fuzzy and PI Mixing Controller in Course of Rivetting

The course of riveting is controlled with fuzzy and PI mixing type controller. The fuzzy control rule is constituted according to summarized experience for course of manual riveting. The selective principle of control quantity is that when the error is greater, controller quantity is selected to eliminate the error, and when the error is less, it need to pay attention to preventing overshooting. For the choice of sampling time, it is subject to the maximum error changes and times of controller’ function in one time.
