AC Servo Control System for DSP-Based PMSM

The AC servo system for PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) based on DSP (digital signal processor) is composed of TMS320F2812, peripheral interface circuit and the loop of power circuit. The three kinds of position, speed and current closed loop control modes were applied in the system. The peripheral loop control consists of position and speed regulation, and the inner loop executes the current regulation for space vector control. The precise position control was performed by position regulation, and the fast trace was realized by speed regulation, and the fast dynamic control was implemented by current regulation. The initial position of rotor was checked and measured by Hall sensor, and was revised after the rotor starts to rotate.
