ANSYS Simulation of Surface Cracks in Cylinder Measurement

In the ANSYS simulation of surface cracks in cylinder based on ACFM,the isotropic aluminium cylinder is adopted,and also is the pole coordinate system.In the rectangle coil inspired by electric current,electric current flows along the axis direction of the cylinder.The cylinder is divided into parts firstly,and then every part is meshed respectively.Around the crack meshing is thick and other parts are meshed nondensely,the transition between thick part and nondense part are tetrahedrons.The cell style after mesh is the mix of tetrahedrons and hexahedrons.During the simulation wave front solution is used.Simulation path is that the inspired coil moves along length direction of the crack,and moves by the center of crack circumferentially.
