Intelligent Design Technology for Testability of Complex Electronic Equipments

From the development of computer-aided design, the testability design technology of electronic equipments was analyzed. According to the ideas of parallel engineering, the hierarchical structure and model of intelligent design system for equipments’ testability were established. The key technology of testability intelligent design includes 3 aspects, that is, the knowledge expression method, the knowledge acquiring approaches and the knowledge application.
