Application of Grey Theory in Step Stress Accelerated Life Testing

Aiming at the disadvantage of characteristic life time estimation method under natural stress level in step stress accelerated life testing, bring forward a new method. By transferring the step stress testing data into constant stress life time data, use grey prediction theory to estimate the life parameter under natural stress level. Finally, an example is given to show this method is feasible, which adopts different arithmetic to calculate the character life under natural stress level.
