Evaluation of Operational Command Capability For Air Defense Force Based On BP-GA

Consider stair evaluation index and establish multilevel system of evaluation index by using the step-by-step analyzing method. Evaluate the air defense operational command capability through BP and GA combined algorithm. The steps include selecting key factor index, which can influence capability evaluation; establishing capability evaluation NN and carrying out capability standard pretreatment; calculating mode error and ensuring GA adaptability function; using GA to carry out optimization for BP weighting distribution; and training by using BP algorithm until meeting the requirements.
